Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Underwriting Department for proposal processing
  • Ensure timely delivery of policy documents and customer communications
  • Handle client queries and complaints in coordination with the Customer Service and Branch Service Team
  • Provide operational support to sales teams to achieve business targets
  • Facilitate licensing and compliance requirements for field force members
  • Monitor and track sales contests, incentives, and business performance updates
  • Oversee daily administrative activities of the Area Office
  • Supervise support staff and ensure office discipline, efficiency, and service orientation
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the Area Office premises
  • Monitor utilization of office resources, assets, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between Head Office and the Area Office for cross-functional activities
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, data, and feedback to relevant departments
  • Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, and business processes from Head Office

Underwriting & Customer Servicing: Coordinate with the Underwriting Department for smooth proposal processing. Ensure timely delivery of policy documents and communication with clients. Facilitate compliance and licensing for field force staff. Keep track of sales contests and performance metrics. Administrative & Compliance Duties: Oversee daily administrative functions of the area office. Supervise staff and maintain office discipline and service quality. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Facility Management: Maintain office safety and cleanliness. Monitor and optimize resource usage for cost-effectiveness. Head Office Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Area Office and Head Office for various operations. Timely submission of reports and collaboration on new initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management. At least 2 years experience in a Life Insurance Company is preferable, especially in operations or customer service areas. Strong leadership and coordination abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with insurance operations and customer service practices. Proficient in MS Office applications and business reporting.
