Manage all aspects of office administration and ensure a well-organized workplace. Oversee the property management and ongoing projects at construction sites. Conduct stock inventories and manage office supplies efficiently. Handle recruitment processes from hiring to employee orientation and background checks. Ensure safety and security management in line with company policies. Manage transportation logistics, including BRTA paper renewals and documentation updates. Maintain public relations on behalf of management. Manage the company’s legal issues, including license renewals and paperwork maintenance. Undertake other related tasks as assigned by management. Job Nature: Full Time Required Skills: Excellent administration and protocol skills. Solid understanding of legal affairs and general office management. Experienced in personal assistance and public administration. Strong safety and security management knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Honors) required. Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in multinational companies, buying houses, hotels, and resorts is highly preferred. Candidate Requirements: Age Limit: 28 to 48 years. Gender: Male. Preference for candidates with military or law enforcement backgrounds. Job Location: Located in Dhaka (DOHS Baridhara), this role requires you to work from the office. Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is Tk. 35,000 - 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include: Full subsidized lunch facilities.
