Qualifications: Minimum education requirement is a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or Social Science. 1 to 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or HR-related work. Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English. Ability to effectively document, perform data entry, and maintain organized records. Strong skills in time management and teamwork.
