Job Responsibilities
- Check receiving documents (Delivery challan, packing list, VAT challan, etc.)
- Verify store requisitions and bin cards to ensure physical stock matches with system records
- Supervise material unloading, proper handling and resource utilization at sites
- Monitor and guide material storage to ensure safety, quality, and easy traceability
- Prepare and share daily reports (Requisition vs. Issue, Pending SR, Wastage delivery, etc.) to the respective departments
- Compile and send weekly reports (Raw materials recap, pending indent, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain flow
- Prepare monthly, half-yearly and yearly inventory reports for departmental review
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and internal departments for timely material support

This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to our team and ensure the seamless flow of materials used in our groundbreaking projects.In this role, you will be responsible for:Checking receiving documents, including delivery challans, packing lists, and VAT challans to ensure proper record keeping.Verifying store requisitions and bin cards to guarantee alignment between physical stock and system records.Supervising the unloading of materials and ensuring safe handling at all sites.Monitoring and guiding material storage to uphold safety, quality, and traceability standards.Preparing daily reports on requisitions vs. issues and managing ongoing supply chain challenges.Compiling weekly reports related to raw materials and pending indents.Generating monthly, half-yearly, and yearly inventory reports for audit and review.Coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely material support.Logistics coordination with various stakeholders.Maintaining efficient and orderly storage systems.Keeping a proactive approach towards inventory management.Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a group of companies.In addition to your educational background and work experience, we expect you to possess:Strong knowledge of store and inventory management practices.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as supply chain management software.A track record of effective team supervision capabilities.This position is ideal for both male and female applicants.
