This role is crucial in translating design concepts into functional websites and applications while maintaining high standards of performance and security. About Us:Since 2001, Agora has been a pioneer in Bangladesh's retail sector, offering a wide variety of goods and superb services to meet our customers' daily needs. With over 40 outlets across the country, we continuously strive to innovate and improve our services, ensuring that we deliver the best experiences to our customers. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless operation. Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues effectively. Collaborate with software developers and operations teams to streamline deployments and ensure swift integration. Implement DevSecOps practices to enhance security within our deployment pipelines. Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP, optimizing resource usage to reduce costs. Oversee container orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure the best product design. Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and resolve performance issues as they arise. Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Group of Companies environment. Proficient in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of IaC tools and cloud services. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering. Certifications: Docker Certified Associate (DCA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), CI/CD Pipeline Certification (e.g., Jenkins Engineer), Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.Benefits: Weekly 2 holidays, Profit sharing, Provident fund, Gratuity, Insurance, Medical allowance.
