Job Overview Position: Officer, HR & Admin Company: Danish Multipurpose Farm Limited We are seeking a committed and experienced Officer in HR & Admin who will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and administrative tasks at Danish Multipurpose Farm Limited. This role is critical for maintaining our recruitment policies, employee relations, and ensuring effective administrative support for the organization. Key Responsibilities Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed. Handling recruitment for casual workers and staff. Oversee payroll administration, attendance, and leave management. Prepare office notes, memorandums, and office orders related to HR issues. Communicate with both government and non-government offices regarding industrial relations and administrative tasks. Provide logistic support to the Management. Execute other relevant assignments as directed by management. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Management, or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources is preferred. Experience Applicants should have: 2 to 3 years of experience in related fields. Experience in manufacturing (FMCG) and agro-based firms (including agro-processing, seed, or GM) is highly desirable. Skills Required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Factory HR Administration. Proficient in MS Office and emailing. Familiarity with labor law. Job Location This position is based in Mymensingh (Bhaluka), Bangladesh.
