Job Responsibilities
- Develop all styles in TMIS/GST systems based on production engineering observations before starting QCO.
- Design and implement efficient IE layouts, ensuring optimal utilization of 4M principles.
- Coordinate equipment management by addressing shortages and following TPM practices to maximize utilization.
- Enhance workshop efficiency and manage incentive lines by controlling input hours, boosting hourly output, and resolving abnormalities through root cause analysis.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in processes using YAMAZUMI techniques to improve workflow.
- Monitor and manage production flow, including line WIP, Supermarket Kanban, and material flow systems, to ensure seamless operations.
- Record and address daily abnormalities, share input/output data analysis with stakeholders, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Oversee automation processes by ensuring accurate machine bag hours and executing IE projects like productivity integration and CNC/equipment optimization.
- Conduct daily reviews of production manpower, maintain organized workshop equipment and floor management, and prepare monthly manpower budgets aligned with production plans.
- Lead multi-skill training programs for section technicians, evaluate their performance using KPIs, and publish reports on FHO analysis and efficiency improvements.

About the Role:We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Officer - IE (Industrial Engineering) to join our dedicated team. Skills and Qualifications: BSc in Industrial and Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Yarn Manufacturing, or Leather Engineering preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, or related fields. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in teamwork and time management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
