Job Description
for Officer - Quality Assurance M & U Packaging Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer - Quality Assurance to join our team located in Gazipur, Bangladesh. This full-time role involves ensuring that all quality requirements are implemented and secured as per customer demand and standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes, directly impacting product quality and customer satisfaction. Implement and secure all quality requirements as per the customer demand & standard. Understand the company’s Quality Policy and relate it to daily work activities. Develop processes that enhance inline quality and reduce defects. Conduct quality checks to ensure 100% defect-free products are dispatched to customers. Continuously study work improvements, developing inline quality processes and reporting findings to higher management. Organize and prepare for quality audits, maintaining up-to-date quality documents. Collect, analyze, and summarize data for reports. Train and manage production line staff regarding production practices and quality assessments. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in the Garments or Packaging Industries. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, strong communication skills, and self-motivated. Age Requirement: At least 28 years old (only male candidates). Additional Skills: Ability to work under pressure and experience working in team environments. Preference: Candidates with experience in Garment Packaging Industries will be given preference.
