Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to production staff, product development, and quality control personnel.
• Operate equipment such as spectrophotometers, hero dispensers, and gyro mixer machines.
• Demonstrate color judgment capabilities using visual and numerical methods with CCI (Color Computer Inspection).
• Identify color requirements and maintain CMC values within standard levels using reference samples.
• Ensure color fastness and the stability and durability of the products.
• Use color measuring equipment and appropriate light sources to ensure color reliability in pigments.
• Maintain quality standards in sample and bulk production.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Prepare KYT based on section risk assessments, ensuring adherence to 5S and safety protocols.
• Maintain understanding of GHS symbols and manage SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling.
• Produce innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct training for subordinates and workers.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
