We are seeking a passionate and skilled Officer-Sales & Marketing for Menarat Tours & Travels. Responsibilities: Assist clients in the preparation and submission of visa applications for various countries including the USA, Canada, and Australia. Track and manage the status of visa applications ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements and application procedures. Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and communications. Stay updated on changes in visa regulations for different countries. Handle phone calls and provide accurate information regarding applications. Build strong client relationships through effective communication. Respond to online and offline queries via email and phone. Proficient use of computers and the Internet is must. Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MA/MBA is a plus. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the travel or visa processing industry. Must have experience working in Travel Agencies or with Tour Operators. Key Requirements: Age 20 to 35 years, with a preference for female candidates. Ability to type/write visa applications accurately. Proficient in communication via email and social media platforms.
