Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing marketing operations and ensuring the successful promotion of our products.
- Checking cash, bank, journal, and store related vouchers (MRR, Production, Consumption).
- Verifying attendance along with OT and holiday duties, and managing related expenses.
- Conducting market analysis to verify local purchase rates and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Reviewing quotations and verifying suppliers to report to management.
- Performing inventory and cash counts at both factory and depot locations.

Job Description
PONDIT AGROVET is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Officer/Senior Officer in Marketing. Our company is dedicated to sustainable fish farming practices and provides essential aqua medicine to dealers and farmers. Responsibilities for this role include: Overseeing marketing operations and ensuring the successful promotion of our products.Checking cash, bank, journal, and store related vouchers (MRR, Production, Consumption).Verifying attendance along with OT and holiday duties, and managing related expenses.Conducting market analysis to verify local purchase rates and maintaining standard operating procedures.Reviewing quotations and verifying suppliers to report to management.Performing inventory and cash counts at both factory and depot locations. Requirements: Age: 25 to 35 years.Sound knowledge of inventory management and fixed assets management.Familiarity with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS.Competence in accounting software, particularly MS-Excel at an advanced level.A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field from a reputed farm. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in English, strong computer skills, and the ability to be proactive and self-motivated.
