Job Responsibilities
- Managing paint recipes and stock counting, including making paint.
- Maintaining FIFO as per received paints and chemicals.
- Monitoring and checking the calibration of CCK machines daily.
- Checking daily dispensing from the dispenser machines.
- Making color judgements for the enamel finishing products.
- Entering paint stock into the system and counting consumption.
- Managing personal protective equipment (PPE) in the CCK room.
- Ensuring paint cans are prepared as per the attached leveling guidelines.
- Implementing 5S and safety measures and preparing KYT based on section risk assessment.
- Understanding GHS symbols and maintaining SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling in Slider Enameling.
- Conducting training sessions for subordinates and workers.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Job Description
YKK Bangladesh Pte Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Officer - Slider (Enamelling). This job provides an excellent opportunity to be a part of a world-famous Japanese zipper manufacturing company located in Savar EPZ, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing paint recipes and stock counting, including making paint. Maintaining FIFO as per received paints and chemicals. Monitoring and checking the calibration of CCK machines daily. Checking daily dispensing from the dispenser machines. Making color judgements for the enamel finishing products. Requirements: The ideal candidate must have: A graduation degree from any discipline. 1 to 2 years of experience in paint/color lab or any process industries.
