Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to production staff, product development, and quality control staff
- Operate spectrophometer, hero dispenser & gyro mixer machine
- Ensure color judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection)
- Maintain CMC value within standard levels through reference samples
- Guarantee color fastness and stability of products
- Use color measuring equipment for reliability in pigments
- Control quality in sample & bulk production
- Perform cleaning, maintenance & calibration of laboratory instruments
- Promote 5S and prepare KYT based on section assessments
- Maintain GHS symbols and SDS during chemical handling
- Innovate solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct training for subordinates
- Perform additional tasks from department manager

Provide technical advice to production staff, product development teams, and quality control personnel. Operate spectrophometer, hero dispenser, and gyro mixer machines effectively. Ensure precise color judgement both visually and numerically using CCI (Color Computer Inspection). Utilize reference samples to identify color requirements and maintain CMC values within standard levels. Guarantee color fastness and the accuracy of color production, stability, and durability of our products. Employ color measuring equipment under controlled light to ensure reliability in pigment colors. Manage sample and bulk production while adhering to quality standards. Conduct cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of instruments in the analysis lab. Promote 5S and safety, preparing KYT based on section risk assessments. Display a good understanding of GHS symbols and maintain SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling. Provide innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Conduct training sessions for subordinates and workers. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the department manager. Job Requirements: Education: Graduation from any discipline. Experience: 1 to 2 years in paint/color lab or related process industries. Skills: A good understanding of color processes and machinery operation. Age: Not specified.
