Job Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners in alignment with ISHO’s expansion strategy.
- Manage the complete onboarding cycle including partner assessment, documentation, training, and store setup.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth integration.
- Act as the primary contact for franchise partners during the onboarding and initial operational phase.
- Provide business support and guidance to ensure smooth early-stage operations.
- Ensure franchise compliance with ISHO’s brand guidelines, operational processes, and policies.
- Track, analyze, and report onboarding progress and partner performance.
- Take ownership of complex onboarding cases, support strategic initiatives, and mentor junior team members.

ISHO Limited is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer/Sr. Officer- Franchise Partner Onboarding to join our team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of furniture retail by managing the onboarding of new franchise partners, ensuring that our operational standards are met while expanding our brand footprint.As part of your responsibilities, you will:Identify and approach potential franchise partners, aligning with ISHO’s expansion strategy.Manage the entire onboarding cycle, including partner assessment, documentation, training, and store setup.Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless partnership integration.Serve as the primary contact for franchise partners during the onboarding process and initial operational phase.Support franchise partners with business guidance to foster effective early-stage operations.Ensure franchise compliance with ISHO’s brand guidelines, operational processes, and policies.Monitor onboarding progress and partner performance, providing timely reports.Take charge of complex onboarding cases and support strategic initiatives while mentoring junior team members.Job Requirements:Education: Higher Secondary, Bachelor/HonorsExperience: 2 to 4 years in Dealer Management, Franchise Operations, or Trade Marketing.Preferred Background: Experience in furniture or online retail startup environments.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, partner management, and business integration processes.
