Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of WASH services, ensuring 100% functionality of facilities.
  • Prepare detailed operational plans for water distribution, solid waste management, and sanitation activities.
  • Conduct capacity-building training and on-job coaching for local labor and volunteers involved in WASH projects.
  • Work collaboratively with community leaders and groups to foster effective partnerships.
  • Compile and maintain accurate monitoring and operational reports related to WASH services.
  • Ensure the quality of materials received from vendors for project implementation.

Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.Sc in Civil Engineering. Experience: At least 3 years in a related field, preferably within NGOs. Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; proficiency in community engagement and partnership development. Documentation: Familiarity with online survey tools and data collection methods. Languages: A good understanding of Chittogonian or Rohingyan dialects is desirable.
