Job Responsibilities

- Conduct capacity-building training and on-job coaching for local labor and volunteers involved in WASH projects.
- Work collaboratively with community leaders and groups to foster effective partnerships.
- Compile and maintain accurate monitoring and operational reports related to WASH services.
- Ensure the quality of materials received from vendors for project implementation.
- Adapt to and address the unique challenges within the Rohingya refugee settings.

Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.Sc in Civil Engineering. Experience: At least 3 years in a related field, preferably within NGOs. Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; proficiency in community engagement and partnership development. Documentation: Familiarity with online survey tools and data collection methods. Languages: A good understanding of Chittogonian or Rohingyan dialects is desirable.
