Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled female Operation Executive to join Ignite Tech Solutions for our night shift operations. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by monitoring calls made by Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) and providing excellent customer service. Monitor calls made by Customer Relationship Officers (CROs). Follow up on day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion. Receive and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams. Provide operational support and ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the telecommunication or call center industry. Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Age requirement: 25 to 32 years. Only female candidates are encouraged to apply. Working Conditions:This is a full-time position located in Dhaka, specifically at Mirpur 10. You will be working in-office during night shifts.
