Job Responsibilities
- Support plant and terminal operations through monitoring, reporting, and follow-up.
- Assist in project execution, data collection, and preparation of technical reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (SCM, Maintenance, Technical, Safety) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain operational records, data analysis, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain and update ERP entries related to operations (materials, production, stock).
- Support compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Document and follow up on operational decisions, prepare presentations, and support meetings.
- Perform AutoCAD drafting for plant layout, modification, or small project support.
Required Skills

Omera Petroleum Limited, a leading company in the LPG sector in Bangladesh, is searching for an Operations Coordinator to support our plant and terminal operations.
