Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of Distribution House and field teams through ongoing evaluation and strategic performance management.
- Monitor market activity and gather business insights via market visits and data-driven analysis.
- Design and implement effective route and visit plans to maximize agent engagement and territory coverage.
- Drive channel development by onboarding new agents and strengthening existing ones.
- Lead a 20-25 member sales team, ensuring business growth and compliance.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while fostering strong agent relationships.
- Generate timely reports and identify new business opportunities in untapped areas.
- Coordinate and motivate the sales team across the company.
- Train and develop new employees and conduct daily briefings.
- Ensure proper reporting, communication, and information flow within the team.
- Share regular development plans and insights with the sales force.
- Analyze agent needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
