Job Overview:We are searching for an enthusiastic Outlet Manager to join our team at Planeto Foodstuffs Limited. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional service at our outlet located in Rampura, Banasree, Dhaka. Responsibilities:In this role, your responsibilities will include: Managing sales and ensuring all targets are met. Supervising staff and delegating tasks as necessary. Maintaining a positive environment for both customers and employees. Conducting training and onboarding for new team members. Tracking sales and inventory levels to optimize performance. Communicating with suppliers and ensuring quality in products. Working closely with upper management to develop strategic plans. Qualifications:Ideal candidates should possess: A minimum of an HSC degree. Strong computer skills to aid in sales tracking and reporting. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Prior experience in a managerial role within the retail or food sector will be seen as advantageous. Flexibility in working hours to meet the outlet's needs.
