Job Responsibilities
- Check passenger attendance before the bus departs.
- Provide announcements and directions regarding destinations throughout the journey.
- Deliver safety instructions, including emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
- Effectively communicate time and destination at each stop and maintain control of the boarding process.
- Coordinate with the driver and helper to ensure timely departures.
- Address passenger complaints or issues promptly.
- Ensure all passengers disembark safely before leaving with the bus.
- Hand over reports to the next supervisor or reporting counter.
