Your responsibilities will include:Observing and analyzing various types of lab tests for accurate diagnosis.Preparing and verifying pathological reports to ensure accuracy.Assisting physicians in diagnosing patient ailments.Supervising the activities of the lab team to maintain high standards.Ensuring quality control and adherence to standards in lab practices.Job Requirements:Education: Diploma in Pathology, Bachelor of Science (Pass), or Master of Science (MSc) in relevant fields such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology, Cytology, Molecular Pathology, Immunology, and Lab Management.Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a hospital setting or related field.Age: Candidates aged between 25 to 40 years are preferred.Moreover, you must demonstrate strong analytical skills for report writing and proficiency with lab software and computer applications.
