Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist our international patients in their medical travel journeys to our state-of-the-art facility in Bangkok, Thailand. Coordinate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical travel details to Bumrungrad Hospital, located in Bangkok. Handle appointment bookings and submission of medical records while maintaining diligent follow-up communication. Assist patients with necessary documentation for Thailand visas and their application processing. Work collaboratively with our Bangkok office to provide patients with updates, reports, and visa letters. Manage day-to-day office operations including maintaining patient logs, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure the smooth treatment experience for patients from Chittagong to Bangkok. Work Location: Bumrungrad International Hospital – Chittagong Referral Office Location: Probortok Circle, 1486/1672 O.R. Nizam Rd, Chattogram 4203, Bangladesh Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, English, or Public Health). Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Fluent in Bangla and English, with strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and basic online forms filling.
