Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Chairman. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of a leading organization involved in various industrial and commercial sectors, including paper manufacturing and real estate.As a Personal Assistant, you will:Work closely with the Executive Chairman to implement instructions, plans, and ideas and communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as workers, officers, managers, and executives.Assist in managing all day-to-day office affairs, ensuring effective communication and correspondence, and prioritizing tasks for maximum efficiency.Provide comprehensive administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel, and preparing itineraries.Coordinate and manage the calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules for the Executive Chairman.Attend and take minutes during meetings held by the Executive Chairman and ensure all necessary follow-ups are acted upon.Prepare documentation and handle communications related to trips, visitor arrangements, and meeting schedules.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent preparation for meetings and presentations.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chairman.Qualifications:Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree.Aged between 25 to 30 years.Male candidates only are preferred.Experience:5 to 9 years of experience in relevant fields, particularly within software companies, IT enabled services, garments, or related industries.Required Skills:Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience as a Personal Assistant.Work Details:Employment Type: Full TimeWorkplace Requirement: Office-basedJob Benefits:Attractive salary range of Tk. 30,000 - Tk. 40,000 per month.Transportation allowance, mobile bill coverage, provident fund, insurance, and gratuity.Lunch facilities partially subsidized, along with two festival bonuses per year.Additional benefits as per company policy.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company.
