Job Responsibilities
- Assist the COO in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and analyze financial/operational reports, leveraging strong knowledge in Accounts & Finance.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and official documents in both Bengali & English.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare Excel sheets, financial models, and maintain data accuracy.
- Represent the COO and the company’s higher management in internal and external meetings when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
- Support in project tracking, documentation, and business analysis.

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring that the COO's daily tasks and strategic responsibilities are executed efficiently. We are looking for someone who is not only organized but also has strong financial acumen and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Assist the COO in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Prepare and analyze financial/operational reports, leveraging strong knowledge in Accounts & Finance. Draft correspondence, presentations, and official documents in both Bengali & English. Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare Excel sheets, financial models, and maintain data accuracy. Represent the COO and the company’s higher management in internal and external meetings when required. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion. Support in project tracking, documentation, and business analysis. Previously worked as a Personal Assistant will be a plus. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance (Master’s preferred but not mandatory). Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively. Smart, confident, and presentable for representing higher management in meetings.
