Job Responsibilities

  • Managing schedules and appointments of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
  • Contacting all stakeholders (if required) and communicating on behalf of the Chairman through email or phone calls or other ways.
  • Following-up any issues of the Chairman.
  • Maintaining confidential papers, files, and agreements of the Chairman's work.
  • Looking after VISA, air ticket, and hotel reservation-related activities of the Chairman according to pre-schedule.
  • Handling all sorts of personal Accounts of the Chairman.
  • Maintaining and updating a database for communication of the Chairman.
  • Have to move inside Dhaka as per requirements.

Job Description

We are reaching out to find the ideal candidate for the position of Personal Secretary to the Chairman within a reputed Group of Companies. This role is critical in managing various administrative and account-related tasks for the Chairman, ensuring smooth communication and operations tailored to his needs.The responsibilities you will undertake will include:Managing schedules and appointments for the Chairman while providing timely updates.Communicating with stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman via various channels including email and phone calls.Following up on any issues that the Chairman faces.Maintaining confidentiality regarding documents, files, and agreements related to the Chairman’s work.Assisting in visa arrangements, ticketing, and accommodation bookings as per schedule.Handling personal accounts of the Chairman diligently.Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database for communication.Flexibility to commute within Dhaka as required.In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who:Hold a Master's degree in any discipline.Are at least 25 years old.Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.Have proven experience in sectors such as banks, telecommunication, manufacturing, or multinational companies.Additional Requirements:Integrity and honesty are paramount.Must be self-motivated and possess strong work ethics.Good command over both English and Bangla is required.Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.Capability of problem-solving and effective report writing.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.Preferred candidates will have prior experience as a personal secretary at senior levels, especially within banks or multinational firms.Working Conditions: This position is a full-time, office-based role located in Dhaka (Baridhara).
