Job Responsibilities: Dispensing Medicines: Accurately dispensing the correct medicines to patients as per doctor's prescriptions and guiding them on proper usage. Pharmacy Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory records of the medicines. Customer Service: Address questions related to medications and provide advice on side effects and health issues. Document Storage: Manage important documentation including prescriptions and sales records. Safety and Quality: Ensure medicine quality while adhering to safety protocols during dispensing. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to exchange patient treatment information. Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pharmacy environment. Informative Counseling: Provide patients with comprehensive information regarding medication dosages, timings, and potential side effects. Pharmacy Management: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and maintain meticulous records. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. Required Skills: Experience in handling pharmacy operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Knowledge of local healthcare regulations. Qualifications: Higher Secondary Certification. Diploma or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Must be a Registered A-Grade Pharmacist with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. Freshers are encouraged to apply as well. Additional Information: Age: 20 to 34 years old; Male candidates only.
