Job Responsibilities Responsible for accurate purchase, sales, and inventory management of pharmacy products. Identify medication needs through effective demand forecasting and ensure supply through appropriate channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with online and offline customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Provide timely and effective customer service. Prepare daily and monthly reports promptly and inform relevant stakeholders. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in our software system. Manage opening and closing of the pharmacy in compliance with scheduled timings. Process all company invoices on time accurately. Monitor expiry dates of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure timely maintenance and repair of store assets. Complete other assigned duties as required by management. Education and Experience Requirements Higher Secondary or Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). 2 to 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Essential Skills Strong computer skills. Fluency in English language. Excellent communication skills.
