Job Responsibilities
- Assess and manage clients who have physiotherapy needs.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy service to clients.
- Ensure high quality, individualized care to maximize recovery and well-being.
- Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.
- Ensure that the care delivered competently, with effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the delivery of physiotherapy health care.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic partnerships with clients and caregivers.
- Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills to help service users overcome barriers to care.
- Demonstrate empathetic and motivational skills to manage sensitive discussions.
- Use de-escalation skills in potentially antagonistic situations.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and documents.

We are seeking passionate and competent individuals for the role of Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.Responsibilities:Assess and manage clients who have physiotherapy needs.Provide appropriate physiotherapy services tailored to each client.Ensure high-quality, individualized care to help maximize recovery and well-being.Deliver compassionate care rooted in empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.Collaborate effectively with colleagues in both community and hospital settings to provide optimal health care.Establish and maintain therapeutic partnerships with clients and caregivers in physiotherapy assessments and interventions.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills to help service users navigate care barriers.Employ de-escalation techniques in potentially hostile situations to ensure the safety of all parties involved.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of client care.Develop and enhance systems within the Physiotherapy department.Ensure appropriate safety measures are adhered to when using medical and non-medical equipment.Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by management.Requirements:Education: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the physiotherapy field, preferably within an NGO setting.Age: Applicants should be between 25 to 35 years old, and only male candidates will be considered for this position.
