Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and co-ordinate with production team; and merchandising team for zero line gap in production & on time shipment.
- Work with buyer, merchandiser, store, suppliers and top management.
- Must be able to plan in excel with top quality excel chart making skills.
- Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
- Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
- Make a bulletin (Time and Action plan) against every style.
- Alter all department for any deviation from original plan.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
- Make daily, monthly and quarterly report for buyer and management.
- Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between production and merchandising teams to maintain a zero line gap in production and ensure on-time shipments. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include: Maintain efficient communication and coordination between production and merchandising teams. Collaborate effectively with buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, and top management. Utilize advanced Excel skills to plan effectively and create quality charts for production management. Develop production and design standards in collaboration with management and user personnel. Prepare detailed bulletins (Time and Action plans) for every style produced. Address any deviations from the original production plan promptly. Conduct regular reviews of production plans considering capacity and strengths while ensuring that shipment targets are met. Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for both buyers and management. Design layouts for equipment and workspace optimizing efficiency using IE methods and tools. To fit this role, candidates must possess the following: Education: Bachelor’s or Honors degree. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant planning or executive role. Skills: Strong proficiency in planning tools, particularly in Excel, along with excellent communication skills. Gender: Open to all - Male, Female. Job Nature: Full Time.
