Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall factory operations, ensuring smooth functioning of production, planning, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets across SS, Aluminum, MS & GI pipe product lines.
- Ensure strict compliance with product quality standards and certifications (ISO, BSTI, and other regulatory requirements).
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize machine utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee cost management initiatives, ensuring optimal use of manpower, materials, and energy resources.
- Build and lead a high-performing workforce by mentoring managers, engineers, and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and process innovation to sustain competitive advantage.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all manufacturing units.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Corporate teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including production efficiency, quality, cost, safety, and workforce productivity.
- Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market demands and technology advancements.

This leadership role will oversee the end-to-end operations of our metal manufacturing plants, covering Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Mild Steel, and GI Pipe production. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, optimizing costs, and achieving production targets through efficient resource utilization and people leadership.
