Job Description
Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a PMC Officer at Golden Infinity Limited? We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about driving production and material control processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and maintaining production and material control reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accurate data for decision-making. Planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time and delivered promptly to our customers. Monitoring material flow to guarantee that the right materials are available when needed, in the right quantities, and in suitable locations. Maintaining accurate records of inventory and consumption, with a focus on minimizing wastage. Utilizing ERP/MRP systems and advanced MS Excel tools for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Coordinating with various departments, including Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality control, to facilitate smooth operations. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery, Production Attainment, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), while immediately addressing any deviations. Identifying material shortages proactively, and providing early warnings to management for timely resolution. Supporting the management in forecasting and budgeting for raw materials and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Age between 25 to 40 years. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline; a background in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred. At least 2–3 years’ experience in Production/Material Control or a related field, preferably in manufacturing (FMCG) or garments. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
