Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of syllabus, teaching materials, methods, session plans, and class routines to ensure academic rigor.
- Supervise teachers and staff, review lesson plans, and track student performance to drive academic excellence.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, infrastructure, and policy implementation.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment with a strong focus on discipline, co-curricular activities, and student development.
- Oversee resource allocation, financial accountability, and procurement of academic materials and technology.
- Liaise with education boards, authorities, and the governing body for compliance, examinations, and reporting.
