Design and implement training programs that are aligned with overseas job market demands, including sectors such as construction, electronics, and hospitality. Ensure compliance with BMET-approved trades and standards in all training initiatives. Integrate CBT&A (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) system into curriculum delivery efficiently. Oversee Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) programs focusing on critical topics like safety, legal rights, and cultural awareness. Facilitate language training as required for destination countries. Ensure that training programs are in accordance with international skill certification frameworks. Monitor quality control mechanisms for skills assessments and ensure effective training delivery. Collaborate with recruiting agencies, embassies, and international employers to align training with job offers. Maintain communication with embassies and foreign training/testing bodies for certifications. Supervise trainers and instructional staff while ensuring that all training meets necessary requirements. Manage institutional resources including finances and equipment enhancements. Qualifications and Experience: B.Sc. in Engineering or a Technical Education degree, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. At least 8-10 years of experience in technical education, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience working with training institutes and international standards. Leadership skills in managing teams under BMET or NGOs focusing on migration-related training. Familiarity with pre-departure orientation and international certifications. Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English, with additional language skills being an asset. This position offers negotiable salary and includes benefits such as a festival bonus.
