Job Opportunity: Principal at Prime College of NursingOrganization: Prime Bank FoundationWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to serve as the Principal of Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka. The Principal will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest quality of nursing education.As the Principal, you will be the driving force behind our academic programs, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required in nursing education and aligning with our institutional goals.Plan, develop, and implement the curriculum for current and upcoming academic sessions.Formulate educational philosophy, objectives, and action plans aligned with institutional goals.Identify program needs, secure resources, and ensure effective utilization.Organize and oversee learning experiences, ensuring academic excellence.Maintain program recognition and compliance with all relevant accrediting and regulatory bodies.Prepare periodic reports to review progress, identify challenges, and propose development plans.Administer budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for sustainable operations.Faculty & Staff Management:Define faculty and staff positions, responsibilities, and reporting structures.Prepare job descriptions and establish clear communication channels.Recruit, appoint, and promote faculty and staff based on qualifications and experience.Provide orientation, guidance, and continuous professional development opportunities.Delegate authority appropriately while ensuring accountability.Organize regular staff meetings to encourage participation and collaboration.Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.Student Development & Support:Ensure a student-centered approach to teaching and learning.Facilitate active student engagement in curricular and co-curricular activities.Provide systematic guidance and mentoring programs for students.Encourage research, innovation, and publication among students and faculty.Promote student welfare and holistic development.Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of educational programs.Maintain all academic and institutional standards required by regulatory authorities.Facilitate institutional participation in community, professional, and healthcare initiatives.Other Duties:Promote strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions.Represent the college at academic, professional, and community forums.Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with at least 10 years of experience in nursing education, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Candidates with Post B.Sc (N)/M.Sc (N) qualifications will be given preference.Strong knowledge of nursing education standards and regulatory requirements.Proven track record in curriculum development and academic leadership.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Bangla (written and spoken).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Benefits:Competitive salary package (Negotiable).Opportunities for personal and professional development.Participation in impactful educational and healthcare initiatives.If you're ready to make a significant impact on nursing education in Bangladesh, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
