Job Responsibilities
- Identify new entrepreneurs and assist with project proposal preparation.
- Ensure attendance of new entrepreneurs at the Design Lab.
- Confirm utilization of invested funds as per project proposals.
- Facilitate repayment collection and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure that collected funds are deposited into bank accounts.
- Assist in monthly and annual planning and budgeting for the unit.
- Follow up daily to send regular SMS updates to entrepreneurs.
- Provide consistent support while maintaining positive institutional relationships.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and adjustments as needed.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by authorities.
