Job Description

The responsibilities of the Purchase Officer will include, but are not limited to: Research and identify potential suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts, and purchase goods, services, and raw materials as needed for the factory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, evaluate their performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost. Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to avoid stockouts, track orders from placement to delivery, and ensure all goods are received and inspected properly. Work to reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality, analyze market trends and price fluctuations, and identify opportunities for savings. Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information, and ensure compliance with all company purchasing policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and changes in the market to ensure the company is always getting the best value. Uphold the highest ethical standards and transparency in all negotiations and transactions, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest and that company funds are handled with complete integrity.
