Job Responsibilities
- Design innovative product labels and packaging for FMCG and e-commerce products.
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure accuracy in dimensions, color codes, typography, and finishing specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand product positioning, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop trendy and consumer-focused label designs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements (e.g., nutrition facts, barcode, ingredients, expiration dates, mandatory product information).
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (online product listings, social media promotions, and physical packaging).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our product labels to visually represent our brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Design innovative product labels and packaging specifically for FMCG and e-commerce products. Prepare print-ready files to ensure precise dimensions, color codes, typography, and finishing specifications. Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure design aligns with product positioning and brand guidelines. Conduct thorough market and competitor research to create trendy and consumer-focused label designs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards such as nutrition facts, barcodes, and expiration dates. Adapt designs for various formats, including online product listings and physical packaging. Manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or creativity. Required Skills: Expertise in Graphic Design and Label Design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Ability to apply typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles effectively. Familiarity with printing processes and materials. Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills essential for teamwork. Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant design fields, particularly in FMCG and e-commerce. Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
