Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production operations of uPVC pipe & fitting extrusion lines.
- Develop, implement and supervise production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train and motivate the production team.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion.

We pride ourselves on ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our daily production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production happens smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to the company's quality standards.Lead and manage daily production operations of uPVC pipe & fitting extrusion lines.Develop, implement, and supervise production schedules to meet customer demand.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to meet production goals.Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality in accordance with industry standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth workflows.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within production areas.Train, mentor, and motivate the production team towards achieving departmental goals.Maintain reports, records, and documentation concerning production operations.Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion, process automation, and cost reduction.Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: At least 10 years in the field, particularly in the Plastic/Polymer Industry.Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.Age limit: Must be between 35 to 55 years.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Production Manager) in an uPVC Pipe & Fittings company is highly preferred.Skills Required: (Items not specifically listed).Employee Benefits:Mobile billAnnual salary reviewFestival bonuses (2 per year)Application Information:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via our website or contact us at the provided details.
