Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control production activities.
- Supervise and manage all production staff.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, SCM, and HR departments.
- Maintain documentation of daily production and material consumption.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained.
- Maintain inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
- Report on production performance and improvement strategies.

This role is vital for directing and managing the production activities of our plastic and polymer products. As a Production Manager, you will ensure that our production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Plan, organize, and control production activities. Supervise and manage production staff including shift in-charges and operators. Monitor production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with various departments (QC, Maintenance, HR, etc.) for seamless workflow. Maintain thorough documentation of production activities and material use. Implement safety standards within the production environment. Ensure machinery and equipment are well maintained. Report on production performance and recommend improvements. Maintain strict quality standards as per company requirements and client specifications. Lead new technology integration to improve production capacity. Address additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: 8 to 10 years in the Plastic/Polymer Industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of Injection & Blow Molding, troubleshooting, factory utilities, and maintenance planning. Proficient in reporting and team leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good English and Bangla communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office, ERP, and production software.
