As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse array of Bengali dishes, ensuring high quality and hygiene standards. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow stringent food safety standards. Work according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency. Innovate and enrich traditional recipes while preserving authenticity. Manage kitchen tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team setting. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor/Honors or Diploma in Hotel Management or Higher Secondary. Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a cooking role, preferably in a group of companies. Age: 36 to 45 years; Male candidates only. Skills: Proficiency in Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine. Benefits: Provident fund and performance bonuses. Yearly salary reviews. Full lunch subsidies.
