Job Description

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in educating the next generation of engineers. Engage actively in teaching utilizing innovative pedagogical styles in line with information technology. Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and assessments. Guide students in their academic pursuits by providing robust academic support. Participate in professional development aligned with teaching methodologies and research initiatives. Support student welfare and contribute to curriculum management. Qualifications: PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong publication record with specific requirements based on Professor role level. For Professor-III: Minimum of 22 publications with at least 4 papers in leading journals. For Professor-II: Minimum of 22 publications with at least 6 papers in leading journals. A minimum of 18 years of teaching experience in a university environment. Essential Skills: Exceptional teaching and communication skills. Ability to engage and inspire students with a passion for teaching. Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment.
