Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall operations of the branch and provide necessary support and guidance to the team.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to analyze progress and provide directional oversight.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures related to microcredit operations.
- Support internal and external audit functions and maintain proper documentation.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of staff and optimize their performance accordingly.
- Assist in resolving outstanding debts and improve operations on the ground.
- Control branch funding and oversee loan distribution plans.
- Collaborate on the execution of new projects and prepare necessary documentation.
