Our mission is to alleviate poverty and suffering, focusing on sustainable development, community empowerment, and emergency relief efforts, particularly in Bangladesh.Position Overview:The Programme Associate will play a critical role in supporting the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of various humanitarian programs in collaboration with the Programme Coordinator. This role is vital for ensuring that our initiatives align with organizational goals and donor expectations, ultimately contributing to the welfare of vulnerable communities.Design and implement project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with donor goals.Engage with local communities, field teams, and stakeholders for effective project execution.Monitor project progress, prepare analytical reports, and assist in budget management.Build strong relationships with local authorities and community leaders.Collect and analyze data to improve project outcomes.Participate actively in community networking and feedback collection to enhance program efficacy.Qualifications:This position requires a candidate with a Master's degree in Development Studies or a related field, alongside a minimum of two to four years' experience in the NGO/INGO sector. Experience in child sponsorship and proficiency in Bengali is essential, while knowledge of local dialects, particularly from Sylhet, will be an added advantage.Skills Required:Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel frequently for program-related activities.Knowledge of integrated development approaches in education, health, WASH, or emergency relief is crucial.Working Conditions:This role supports a dynamic team environment with an emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.
