Job Description
Damien Foundation (DF), a prestigious Belgian International NGO, is on the lookout for a dedicated Programme Specialist to steer technical and implementation support for our Tuberculosis and Leprosy Programme in collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh. If you're passionate about public health and have the qualifications, this could be your opportunity! Responsibilities: Lead technical and implementation support for the TB and Leprosy Programme. Monitor and supervise field activities, providing medical technical support to the clinical team. Conduct frequent field visits to ensure quality assurance. Support research activities, preparing comprehensive reports based on data collection and analysis. Perform additional tasks as assigned to contribute effectively to the team's goals. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health or a similar field. Age: At most 45 years. At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO sector focused on public health. Technical understanding of TB and Leprosy along with excellent communication skills. Additional Skills: Fluency in English - both verbal and written is required. Strong competency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
