Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing activity plans, monitoring tools, and project reports in line with project indicators.
- Support the planning and implementation of project activities as guided by Project Management.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of Charity Right Bangladesh (CR) activities according to the approved work plan.
- Conduct field visits to intervention areas, identify beneficiaries, and engage with committed local partners/players.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate project activities at the field level to ensure effectiveness and quality.
- Supervise, guide, and follow up with volunteers to ensure timely and efficient implementation of activities.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with local government bodies, NGOs, agencies, stakeholders, and implementing partners.
- Contribute innovative ideas to address field-level challenges and minimize emerging crises.
- Prepare summaries, documentation, and progress reports as instructed by the management.
- Support donation collection activities and ensure proper handling and delivery of client-related documents.
- Carry out any other tasks relevant to the project and organizational needs as assigned.

Charity Right Bangladesh is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Project Field Executive who will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and effective implementation of project activities at the field level.
