Job Responsibilities
- Lead timely and quality implementation of all project deliverables (Climate Change Adaptation & Innovation Piloting, community-led agriculture and WASH activities).
- Supervise field staff and volunteers to ensure activities follow the project work plan and quality standards.
- Support selection, training and capacity building of FPP/CPP volunteers and community mobilization.
- Prepare and implement Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and Project Implementation Guideline (PIG).
- Develop and contribute to MEL Plan, EMMP and Climate Risk Management Plan; ensure monitoring and reporting (narrative, financial, MEL).
- Manage budget control through Budget Expenditure Summary (BES) and participate in internal audits and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with local administration, government bodies, NGOs, donors (including CARE), and other stakeholders.
- Mobilize contingency funds per donor requirements and ensure environmental and administrative compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit to Program Coordinator/Chief Executive.
- Organize orientations, workshops, seminars and stakeholder meetings at Union, Upazila and District levels.
- Ensure donor and organizational visibility, and incorporate gender, child protection and safeguarding policies into programming.
- Mentor and develop staff through training, performance appraisal and coaching.
