Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Provide strategic direction for project implementation and supervise the project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, training, and workshops, and Environment Club meetings.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, reimbursement, and track project performance.
- Ensure and supervise documentation on events, program learnings and impact, case studies, and reports.
- Ensure and supervise the preparation and submission of project progress reports in a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with PKSF regarding sub-project implementation.
- Maintain liaison and coordination with local government as well as government offices such as DAE, DoF, and DoE.
- Report to senior management regarding project progress regularly.
- Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

Job Description
Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a prominent national voluntary social welfare organization located in Bangladesh, dedicated to social empowerment through various sustainable projects. We are seeking a qualified Project Manager for our SMART-Pisciculture Project, funded by PKSF. As this project will contribute significantly to the sustainable development of the community, we encourage Bangladeshi nationals with a passion for social work and project management to apply. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate all project management activities including resources, equipment, and information dissemination. Provide strategic direction for effective project implementation and lead the project’s operational processes. Identify project risks and challenges to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, training sessions, workshops, and Environment Club meetings to enhance community engagement. Oversee project budgets, procurement processes, reimbursements, and track overall project performance effectively. Document major events, program learnings, impacts, case studies, and maintain comprehensive project reports. Timely preparation and submission of project progress reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Engage in ongoing communication with PKSF to ensure coherent sub-project implementation. Coordinate with local government and relevant governmental bodies like DAE, DoF, DoE to facilitate project execution. Regularly report project progress to senior management. Adhere to the organization's safeguarding policies including Child Safeguarding, PSEA, and Gender policies.
