Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to look after all the Civil works of both new projects and existing buildings and other infrastructures.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Perform feasibility studies for new projects, including a cost benefit analysis.
- Planning and monitoring project budget.
- Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.
- Prepare Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Structural Designing & Detailing of Layout plans.
- Creating construction schedules and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts and obtaining necessary permits.

Job Description
Join us at M/s. Bhuiyan & Co as a Project Manager, where you will take charge of dynamic construction projects, ensuring excellence and innovation at every stage. This role is pivotal in directing the various civil works for both new initiatives and ongoing projects.Oversee and direct construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that everything proceeds as planned.Conduct feasibility studies and detailed planning for new projects while monitoring budgets effectively throughout.Prepare measurement details, working drawings, and provide structural designs tailored to project specifications.Coordinate onsite and offsite activities to guarantee compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Track inventory of tools, materials, and equipment while negotiating contractor agreements and ensuring quality control for all construction standards.Implement safety guidelines ensuring the welfare of all project personnel and compliance with safety regulations.Responsible for managing project deliverables and costs through comprehensive project reviews.Required Skills:B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (preferably BUET or any public university).Rich experience in civil engineering and construction engineering, with a minimum of 10-15 years in the field, specifically within engineering firms.Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.This job position is perfect for individuals who are ready to lead with a strong vision and dedication to quality in construction.
