Job Responsibilities
- Manage and operate all district branch offices at divisional level
- Conduct regular visits to all district offices under the assigned division

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for our IT training programs. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple district branches, ensuring seamless execution of training activities while meeting strategic revenue goals. Responsibilities: Manage and operate all district branch offices within your division. Conduct regular visits to each district office to ensure operational excellence. Collect reports from branches and submit to the head office for evaluation. Identify and create business opportunities with government and non-government organizations. Lead any projects under the division to ensure smooth operations. Develop long-term strategies and vision for company growth. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency across all branches. Drive innovation in product development and ensure compliance with industry standards. Supervise marketing operations, ensuring revenue targets are met. Provide clear communication of head office directives to branches. Resolve operational issues effectively, guiding branch activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (BSc in CSE preferred). 5-7 years of experience in project management or operational management within training institutes or education technology. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills for liaising with local institutions. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain high training quality. Proficient in MS Office and digital reporting tools. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned districts.
