Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and driving success? Pakiza Software Limited is looking for a talented individual with .NET and ERP expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical project planning and execution, ensuring deliveries are within defined timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate technical project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Design, implement, and oversee software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies across multiple projects. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes. Develop and maintain project documentation, including IT roadmaps, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry best practices, and quality assurance standards. Coordinate beta testing, production rollouts, and release management. Conduct project monitoring, status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), and deliver presentations to management and clients. Lead post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. Foster innovation by brainstorming with the technical team for new features, solutions, and test strategies. Drive team motivation, process improvement, and adherence to Agile methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university or relevant field. Postgraduate degree will be an advantage. Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent command of English and Bangla (both written & verbal). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
